A clearer way to understand tokenization

Real business.
Digital investment units.

Follow the connection between a reviewed business, defined rights, your wallet and eligible income.

Watch the guided story

01 / From business to offering

The rights come first.

A token only carries the rights defined in its approved offering.

01

Business review

Understand the company, assets and evidence.

02

Define the rights

Set the investor claim, risks and restrictions.

03

Approve the offering

Review the actual terms and eligible investors.

04

Create digital units

Issue only under the approved conditions.

02 / Different assets, different jobs

Three things. Three purposes.

EMA

Egety Maritime Assets: the investment token in the documented maritime model.

eUSD

The payment and distribution asset. Available cash and reserved cash stay separate.

eAI

The asset used for original minting charges. Keep it separate from eUSD and EMA.

A transaction charge is denominated as 1 eAI equivalent but paid in eUSD. The original mint charge is paid separately in eAI.

04 / Your starting point

One step at a time.

  1. 01

    Create an account

An account does not itself approve access to investments.

  2. 02

    Complete identity checks

Identity verification (KYC) helps establish who you are and which services you may use.

  3. 03

    Fund the right assets

Keep payment money, mint-fee assets and reserved balances distinct.

  4. 04

    Choose and review

Read rights, risks, full fees, net receipt and important dates.

  5. 05

    Authorize and track

Only a verified live service can accept authorization. This website demonstrates the process.

05 / Follow the source

Income starts with the business.

01

Actual receipts

Money earned from business operations.

02

Costs and reserves

Operating costs, obligations and required reserves.

03

Approved income

A reviewed and funded distribution.

04

Eligible payments

Paid according to the offering and holder records.

New investor deposits are financing, not automatically business profit. A token price increase is not cash income.
