The two resale examples cross different EIDs. A private offer avoids the marketplace fee; transfer restrictions, transaction charges and applicable EMA deductions remain.
Sent and received are different
The named “loyalty” charge is a deduction, not a reward. Its final treatment follows the approved policy.
Management charges stay separate
Agent collection
5% of eligible business income actually collected. Deposits and repeated transfers do not trigger another collection fee.
Institutional management
Capital-management and performance fees depend on signed institution terms. No invented default rates apply.
Fund distributions
The platform baseline is 1%. The distribution basis, payment asset and deduction method require approved terms.
Transactions and token movement
Transaction charges and applicable cross-owner token deductions remain distinct from management fees.
A policy you can inspect
Before authorization, approved quotes must show every component, its currency and its effective policy. Later fee edits do not rewrite completed purchases. Reading this demonstration has no transaction charge.
